Traditional and innovative dishes under the creation of the Chef Manolo Allochis

Our cuisine prepare and suggest a menu with a selection of appetizers, pasta and main course following the season to prepare traditional and innovative dishes under the creation of the Chef Manolo Allochis.

During spring and summer time our menu propose also sea-food dishes where our guests can enjoy lunch and dinner seat outside on a panoramic terrace.

From september to december we collaborate with trusted truffle-hunter to assure the best quality for the white truffle.


Wine List

Ancient brick vaulted ceilings enclose a refined selection of labels that favours the great wines of this region, like Barolo and Barbaresco, and top Piedmont producers, but which also offers interesting “excursions” troughout the rest of Italy and indeed beyond.

An aperitif in our cellar, with hand-made charcutierie and home-made bread, is an experience not to be missed.

Trasparency with our customers

During the processing of some raw materials, quick temperature dropping techniques to below 0ºc could be used to protect our products in the best possible manner and to safeguard their quality.

We do not purchase any raw materials whose origins we do not know.

All the pasta, bread, and small pastries we serve are prepared by us in our kitchen.
